San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua - Sold Out

September 20 - 27, 2026
  • We invite you to journey with us to the heart and soul of Nicaragua, where the rhythm of the ocean and the stillness of the jungle guide you inward. Through yoga, surf, and adventure, this retreat is designed to nurture your mind, body & spirit.

We’ll be staying in the heart of San Juan in two venues with charming views overlooking the bay and beach.

  • Casa Miramar is a spacious and private compound that contains two Villa’s situated around an amazing courtyard full of Nicaraguan charm. The front doors of each Villa open up to your private pool oasis and breathtaking views of the entire bay and beach. The exterior of the property is surrounded by tropical plants, flowers, and trees.

Casa Panga is named after the colourful fishing boats (“pangas”) you can see from the house bobbing in the bay. The name of this house is a tribute to the history of the south side of San Juan, where they still catch, unload, and sell fish today! Casa Panga is a brand new, custom built home, designed for plenty of space to come together and relax in solitude.

  • We will provide delicious farm to table meals twice a day but don’t worry, San Juan is a small town with excellent restaurants and cafés—ideal for a relaxed afternoon snack.

  • Yoga practices every morning and evening guided by Brhett. We’ll begin each morning with a 60 minute slow flow, weaving breathwork, asanas, and journaling around a daily theme + 60 minutes of Yin and Restorative in the evenings.

  • If we’re in San Juan together, we’re hitting the water to catch waves! We have expert instructors to guide fun, supportive group lessons tailored to your skill level for an unforgettable experience.

  • This mission goes beyond personal transformation. We’re partnering with COMMIT Stratford (check them out here: https://commitstratford.ca/) to offer a Heart of the Earth: Humanitarian Experience Day. This is a chance to connect deeply with Nicaraguan people, land, & culture. We’ll be travelling to Nandorola to learn about the importance of agriculture and health initiatives in Nicaragua.

  • We have a scheduled group shuttle included between Liberia Airport and the retreat villa—timed for a smooth, shared arrival and departure.
